To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早排住酒店，送每人一個自助早餐，估唔到個早餐好有誠意，拍得住真正五星級酒店嘅自助早餐。環境和服務都好好，座位夠闊落首先選擇非常多，無論你係食開中式或者西式早餐選擇都非常多沙律吧的選擇算多，也有芝士和煙三文魚另外還有粥、不同款式的麵包等，例如冬甩、鬆餅等還有河粉、公仔麵、油麵等，配料都有很多，例如醬料等，絕對食得滿足我食左一碗河粉，味道真係真係幾好還有不同款式味道的乳酪，原味、草莓、藍妹、鳳梨等等。仲有迷你pancake，實在太豐富啦
