To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有無人同我一樣都鐘意食牛角🙌🏻😆-上年已經做左會員, 大部份時間堂食有九折之餘, 仲送左一系列高於會員費價值嘅coupon, 其實真係幾抵😛-✌🏻個人叫左4️⃣個肉類2️⃣碗飯~~-🐮王樣! 腹胸肉 (蒜蓉味噌)最鍾意食牛角嘅腹胸肉, 依個仲要係厚切🤩有牛味, 肉質好又夠林, 無乜油脂, 唔會食到成口油, 食多幾舊都唔覺膩😌-👅香蔥牛舌牛舌偏林, 唔係行彈牙路線😂香蔥我就覺得唔夠多, 雖然都好味, 但係唔夠香口🤔食過日本居酒屋嘅香蔥牛舌/豬舌咁正, 暫時喺香港搵唔到更好味嘅🙈-🍗芝士雞腿肉雞腿肉份量好多, 有腌過👍🏻🧀碎芝士同芝士粉用錫紙兜裝住, 雞肉煎到咁上下就放個錫紙兜上爐, 煮溶之後同雞肉一齊食~~味道方面我覺得偏咸, 但的確有驚喜❗️-🐷豬頸肉豬頸肉正正常常, 燒完之後表皮脆卜卜, 配鹽醬唔錯😋-🍚香蔥溫泉玉子飯黎牛角點可以唔叫個香蔥溫泉玉子飯‼️篤爆個玉子同香蔥紫菜一齊撈飯食, 無論就咁食定配燒肉食一樣咁好味❤️-
