To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港大學站終於開左元氣啦！🥳🥳平時想食平靚正壽司，一係要過堅尼地城，一係出銅鑼灣，而家終於喺石塘坊開左，實在太開心啦，仲係小朋友最鍾意嘅高速線！平日晚上6點幾用app㩒飛，3人以上要等7張枱，都等左差不多40分鐘先入座。呢間係高速線，列車是改良版，毋須㩒掣，只要將列車上所有物件取走就會自動駛走。點左平日愛吃的赤海蝦、油甘魚、鮑魚兩味、吞拿魚三點、螺片、池魚、蟹肉蟹膏手卷等等……所有壽司都保持一貫水準，味道同其他分店差不多。值得一提係兩款期間限定壽司，兩款都好有驚喜，好好味😋步步高陞雙重厚切油甘魚配柚子醋果凍🧧兩片油甘魚疊住一齊食，配上柚子醋果凍，口感好豐富。金玉滿堂帆立貝黃金燒🎉帆立貝配上海膽醬，比平時食嘅帆立貝更加香口鮮味，用紫菜包住放入口，食完真係好滿足。急不及待食完壽司先發現壽司碟上每一句都好有意思，幽默感十足😂
