To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前父親節去咗呢度食$498「極上放題」，呢個價錢可食足4.5小時，真係幾抵😆而且仲另送5款刺身拼盤👍🏻🇯🇵刺身拼盤每人都可享牡丹蝦、海膽、廣島蠔、鮑魚及赤貝刺身各一，所有刺身都好新鮮，樣樣都好鮮甜，連平時唔太好刺身嘅屋企人都大讚👍🏻🇯🇵刺身/ 壽司超長嘅海鰻壽司加上鰻魚汁，正👍🏻蟹棒屬正常發揮，味道ok😋仲有其他刺身或壽司都好好食，特別係芥辣八爪魚軍艦，已encore咗幾次😋🇯🇵火鍋估唔到放題仲有得食shabu shabu😍我哋揀咗壽喜燒湯底，牛小排好高質，雪花比例均勻，雖然無高級和牛嘅肥美，但牛肉味非常濃，好好食；黑豚腩肉亦好靚，肉味濃郁，其他火鍋嘅配料亦處理得好乾淨又新鮮，有別於普遍放題嘅質素，值得推介👍🏻🇯🇵小食/ 串燒鹽燒喜知次一夜干魚香十足，唔會太硬太干，少少脆得嚟又有口感；鹽燒牛舌串超好食，軟嫩爽口；和牛串脂味芳香而且牛味又夠，我估唔係A5都應該係A4👍🏻🇯🇵整體好多放題嘅素質都會令人卻步，係眾裏尋他可以搵到呢間放題餐廳真係好好彩，食材不但新鮮而且唔求其，各方面都乾淨衞生👍🏻本身如果唔係屋企人想食放題，我唔會主動去食，但呢間放題我係會推薦👍🏻
