To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和朋友難得小聚，商議來到這家餐廳食飯。總體覺得很不錯。這裡環境看起來很是高端。有挑高樓層，裡面很是安靜，不像平常小茶樓那般熱鬧。就連洗手間也是很別緻。算是很喜歡了。店裡服務很不錯，侍應態度很好。他們能叫出客人的名字，還能幫助客人推薦菜品，如分量太多，還會說可以點半份。非常嫩，最底部的汁兒都到了酥皮里，是很好食的美味，不可錯過。窩貼大蝦多士，上面很多黃油，大蝦很大，很鮮嫩，麵包烤的非常好，很香脆。必點就是黑豚叉燒，呢個試過最好的叉燒。糖醬調配的棒極了。搭配米飯一起食，真的好美味。
