To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過千両好多次，今次就寫下食評😋千両雖然好多時都要排隊，不過好彩等左15分鐘就有位。第一就係叫個茶碗蒸先，熱辣辣香噴噴，入面有蝦有元貝，好味道。叫左7款壽司，有八爪魚、魴鮄魚、鯛魚、珍寶帶子、三文魚腩、沙甸魚、珍寶赤海蝦。每樣魚生都好新鮮，有甜鮮味，最好吃係珍寶帶子，又甜又厚肉又軟林，其次魴鮄魚都好少食，肉質紮實，味道鮮甜，而沙甸魚比較特別，食罐頭就食得多，同埋通常會較腥，估唔到壽司竟然唔腥，重有重獨特嘅魚味。之後再叫左啲燒物，有牛舌、豬腩肉、雞翼、雞泡魚乾，最後叫左個牛肉雪見烏冬。個燒雞翼尤其出色，燒得夠乾身又夠味，不錯👍
