To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日見到上次試唔到嘅餐廳諗住試吓,叫咗個燒燒牛煎蛋鵝肝飯。睇相都見到份量唔多㗎喇不過諗住照試吓都OK嘅。嚟到真係嚇咗一跳, $168.1個飯得五小塊博切切嘅牛肉,細細舊鵝肝加多兩隻蛋。計吓數牛肉部份值唔值$60 ?鵝肝又值唔值$60 ?當鵝肝同牛肉加埋$120咁即係白飯同個汁同隻蛋就$48。唔建議大家食呢間咁嘅嘢,價錢極貴份量極少。另外仲叫咗個龍蝦包。同樣故事,一嚟到似沙律包多過似龍蝦包,味道極為一般,完全唔明呢間野點可以生存到。我諗就係靠偷工減料呃消費者!
