「浜松水產」呢間聽係算性價比極高嘅日本料理. 因為佢隻澳洲龍蝦真係幾低食。一隻活澳龍$428,如果你想二食,個頭用嚟做個清湯鍋,就$488,咁我就揀咗個湯二食。龍蝦肉夠爽彈,微甜,點佢個蝦酢就麻麻哋,都係配返芥末豉油穩陣啲。用頭熬嗰啖湯,鮮味清甜,佢仲加入了一些菜類,使整體多份蔬菜香。除此之外,我仲點咗個$148(鮑魚炒飯)-飯粒炒得略乾、硬. 水份唔係好夠,飯整體沒有鮑魚香,雖然兩者放埋一齊,但每食一啖,味道都好似分割開一樣,互不牽引對方。$138(廣島蠔鍋)-個湯係木魚精水,不是鰹魚出汁,蠔肉飽滿,應該係急凍蠔,如果把蠔肉加少少味,煎煎佢,再放入鍋內煮,應該更能發揮出蠔肉嘅香味。整體上只係龍蝦最低食,其他就真係好舊派嘅日本料理味道。
