To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ~ 英式炸魚薯條($168)🐟黎到有少少比個份量嚇親😲，因為真係超大塊呀😝。炸粉唔會太厚😌，而且最欣賞嘅係佢嘅魚肉比一般嘅咁厚身🤓，彈牙同結實但同時又夠嫩滑👍🏻。點埋tartare sauce岩岩好可以中和到炸物嘅油膩感呀😝。~ 酥皮黑啤燉牛肉($188)🐮呢樣菜式香港比較少見😌，係將燉好嘅牛肉放入酥皮裏面🤓。將酥皮整開連同入面熱辣辣嘅牛肉一齊食，口感同味道都好夾😚。伴碟仲有薯蓉配埋一齊食都唔錯😋，至於青豆就真係唔係人鍾意啦🫢。~ 黑安格斯肉眼扒|焗馬鈴薯($388)🥩我地叫咗三成熟，肉質食落去啱啱好🤓。肉眼扒牛味幾香濃😌，而且筋位唔多，食落去夠嫩滑😙。我哋就幾鍾意加埋炸蒜一齊食更加惹味🧄。伴菜就仲有車厘茄🍅，盧筍🥕同芝士焗薯🥔，夠哂滿足同飽肚呀。~ 火焰啤酒罐燒雞($198)🐓完全就係比呢個吸引咗黎呢間餐廳😝。店員會成隻雞上😏，跟住倒酒點火喺你面前直接燒🔥。燒完之後店員會幫手切好再上🙂‍↕️。可能係因為直接燒令到雞皮好脆🤔，而且食雞有滿滿嘅肉汁，好睇又好食😋。~Long black($38)☕️~Margarita($88)🍹
