To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友去北角行街，行行下去到健威坊。跟住見到呢間叫做chicken factory嘅餐廳。見到餐牌寫住六十八蚊一隻雞， 心諗有冇咁平呀。 但係原來真係咁平，真係好意外居然可以用咁嘅價錢食到雞。 但係最後我都冇叫到雞，反而叫咗個烤雞餐。烤雞餐包咗一隻雞再加兩個盤菜，配菜我地叫咗焗薯同烤雜菜。焗薯散發著陣陣嘅牛油香味🤤🤤🤤，軟硬度適中，份量亦都好夠，一共有五嚿。唔單止焗薯有牛油味，連啲雜菜都用牛油整。 對於一個鍾意食牛油嘅我真係天堂美食😍😍 。隻雞本身已經落咗啲汁去整 啲雞好嫩滑好香，一啲都唔硬。 總括而言，呢間餐廳真係性價比超高，又抵食又好味。鍾意食雞嘅朋友一定唔可以錯過呢間餐廳。

烤雞餐包咗一隻雞再加兩個盤菜，配菜我地叫咗焗薯同烤雜菜。焗薯散發著陣陣嘅牛油香味🤤🤤🤤，軟硬度適中，份量亦都好夠，一共有五嚿。唔單止焗薯有牛油味，連啲雜菜都用牛油整。 對於一個鍾意食牛油嘅我真係天堂美食😍😍 。
