Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

麵檔可以選擇讓店員幫忙煮，或選好食材拿回座位火鍋慢煮，我就選了讓店員煮，配上藥膳湯底，而自助粉麵配料十分多，如有鮮蝦、魷魚、豬腩片、牛丸、魚蛋、魚片、豆腐卜、生菜、油麥菜、芽菜、烏冬等等，比不少自助餐選擇多很多🤩

絕對是重點，有幾款蛋糕、布甸、啫喱、焦糖燉蛋、芒果蘆薈杯、木糠布甸、豆腐花、芒果西米露、葡撻及椰撻，竟然還有三種口味Mövenpick 雪糕任食。到了約7點幾，餐廳突然搖鈴並拿出火焰雪糕蛋糕，食客都爭相排隊拿回座位品嘗。整體上甜品確實讓人滿足☺️
