To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期睇報紙，有廣告介紹 Amazing 下午茶自助餐，話2位以上有9折，即係免加一。於是晚上9點登入官網訂位，當晚11點前已有 staff 回電確認，效率很高。呢度下午茶自助餐只食2小時，由3pm-5pm，感覺幾趕。當日去到，我地3人獲安排坐卡位，裝飾幾有戶外 feel (放心，是酒店大堂用餐，是室內)。食物全放在座位區的對面，範圍5大，種類5多，但都可以吃飽，所以2小時係足夠既~~首先每位都有杯荔枝梳打，可以 refill，又或者自己去沖熱檸茶或水。熱葷有串燒雞肉、炒金邊粉、芋c 蝦、炒菜。還有pizza、多士(食5到流心)、椒鹽豆腐、蟹殼。冷盤有豆腐、泰式鳳爪、肉碎包菜、壽司、米紙卷。仲有生果、甜品、dreyers 3款雪糕杯、葡撻仔、雞蛋仔。味道一般，熱葷5夠熱，係暖既。蛋糕有d 鞋。雞肉口感有d 怪。椒鹽豆腐跟我既認知有出入。若果5係 $188，再平返d，我會接受呢種食物質素。值得一讚係員工有效率，收碟快，補給食物快
