To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上收工就同屋企人約左去食壽司，呢間壽司店都係我地平時既選擇之一。豪爽的時候會點一份刺身拼盤，個刺身拼盤好match我滴屋企人口味，三款刺身，各有所愛，又唔使爭食。 今日鋪頭新推出個五知咩蝦既壽司（特價推介之類的），點左來試下，只蝦竟然好新鮮，鮮甜又多肉。其他都會食的仲有蟹棒壽司，10蚊一件，五貴之餘又大件。帶子壽司就不過不失，個蟹肉蟹膏壽司係屋企人必點，我試左一件，一齊入口唔算腥，係OK既。
