Restaurant: Times Cafe (Chung On Shopping Centre)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前已多次光顧,下午茶尤其化算。今次無影到相,下次有機會會補返!今次食咗焗豬扒飯,個人始終認為依個係評定一間茶餐廳好唔好食嘅方法之一。上菜之後,佢嘅蕃茄汁香而且陣味唔假,有兩大塊豬扒,食落去唔會乾掙掙或者"韌",個飯都有炒過底嘅。份量好足,自問大食但都只係啱啱好食得晒,畀多啲我都食唔到! 飲品方面,個人鐘意佢嘅紅豆冰,多紅豆而且用椰奶沖,絕對值得一試。午餐焗飯叫埋特飲埋單唔洗$60,上菜速度也OK。整體是很好的,不過有一點要改善是衞生問題,因刀叉匙羮成日都會有啲油淋淋,而且枱凳不時見到食物殘渣,希望日後會有改善。
