To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食上海野高CP值我通常黎呢度,食到飽都係4舊水都唔洗。京蔥手切牛肉包香蔥味牛肉餡夠味,加上煎香,個底脆脆,係好食啲。336炒飯有蝦多配料,應該加左少少美極炒?食落有個種獨特香味,食落有少少濕潤同醬油香;椰菜花砂窩炒,比較惹味;至於酒糟滑魚片,老婆貪佢無骨,酒糟甜做汁底好滋味,一d腥味都無。綠茶芋泥餅可算係比較特別嘅甜品,外表綠茶色,最好味嘅部分係圍住好香嘅芝麻,同埋香滑嘅芋泥。環境服務ok,商場位置方便。
