To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢幾日又去開旺角，豬友開會唔返屋企食飯，天氣熱又梗係唔想煮飯，又想食香口野，一出地鐵站就聞到好香既鐵板燒味，行到去就見到eye catching 既一休鐵板燒見到飯既價錢好吸引❤️亦都有唔同既小食最正係openkitchen，平時去食鐵板燒，都係想睇師傅點煮，呢度都睇到👍🥩牛扒既size差不多有我兩隻手掌甘大，睇住師傅慢慢又落鹽又落黑糊椒燒塊牛扒已經好香同忍唔住想食😋👍鍾意店舖用紙盒裝，環保，返到家都保持到無倒汗水又保温👍🥩火焰牛扒飯個飯盒勁大盒，裝滿整個盒子，可以够兩個人食，飯應該日本米，粒粒圓圓的，有口感又彈牙，以且炒飯粒粒分明，再配上鐵板燒同用火槍燒過牛扒，不停停唔到口繼續食又不停有得食🥩牛扒食落口有濃郁牛味，唔係用平既雪藏牛，牛扒肉質正又有咬口，性價比高，重點火焰牛扒滿足視覺享受👍🍤炸蝦天婦羅炸粉唔厚，蝦大隻爽口彈牙又鮮甜，重點外賣返到去都仲係脆同熱，無變淋。價錢只不過係28元5隻😱大衆化既價錢，平時食天婦羅都要double 價，仲可能無甘多隻✨️師傅有無心煮野食，對食材既尊重，睇下天婦羅既沙律醬就知，擠花勁靚🤩平時個啲，hea比個沙律醬兜🤣食外賣食得甘開心，除性價比高外，完全滿足
