To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去花墟買花， 本身想去好出名果間小菜但係心思思又想試下其他，見到呢間雞煲門口介紹有好多選擇所以決定試試佢，好彩決定得快咋～ 坐低左轉頭已經爆場咁滯，佢剩係雞煲已經好多唔同款可以配搭，鮑魚、花甲、花膠、蟹、牛雜等等，最後揀左牛雜雞堡， 我自己就唔係咁鍾意用雞煲打邊爐，所以揀左「大煲」， 即係全隻雞，細煲就係半隻。好快就已經上枱喇，見到佢都好滿好足料，跟住就係大鄉里出城趣聞一則：等左一陣見佢滾滾地，又驚佢熱，於是揭開個蓋，拎張紙巾扶住個煲邊 諗住攪下佢啦， 點知店員姐姐好有禮貌走埋嚟「唔洗用紙巾～ 我地個煲外面摸唔熱㗎～」 之後佢就一手摸落去。 原來入面滾到嘭嘭聲，外面真係一啲都唔熱喎！！！ 咁就算食緊唔小心掂到都唔怕啦！ （當然，利申個煲底就熱嘅）開飯喇～ 真係好足料，滿滿嘅一煲，叫左中辣我自己都覺得夠辣但係下次會挑戰大辣，一人百零蚊食到飽到不得了， 唔怪得佢地咁旺場， 下次一定叫多幾個朋友嚟再挑戰！，
