每次經過灣仔《新竹源越南餐廳》都見到滿哂座,今日趁weekend唔趕時間就排隊試下啦!一行三人被安排坐卡位,地方闊落,仲要一讚嘅係卡位座位背後係加高咗嘅,唔會見到隔離枱嘅人,私隱度高👍🏻《法式肝醬札肉三文治》一上枱嚇一跳!分量大得驚人!大大件嘅法包烘得香脆,餡料亦好足,肝醬鹹香惹味,札肉係厚切嘅口感紮實,加埋新鮮嘅生菜同番茄,原來成件事係可以咁夾嘅👍🏻《越式拼盤A》有四款越式小食,分別係春卷、煎紮肉、粉卷同豬肉蝦片。春卷大大件炸得香脆又唔會太燶,粉卷餡料好足而且皮薄。豬肉蝦片就係豬扒粒粒加小小米粉鋪係蝦片上面,成個一啖咬落去又幾夾又幾好食喎,蝦片好脆卜卜!最後就係我至愛嘅煎紮肉,仲係黑椒紮肉哦!煎得非常香口又唔會太乾,紮肉裡面嘅黑椒簡直係畫龍點睛!正!《雞絲湯河》又係勁大碗!雞絲係真係原隻雞撕出黎嘅,分量都唔少,湯底清清地,配埋d辣椒同青檸汁成件事都好fresh總結今餐都好滿意!咁嘅價錢分量同味道,係解釋得到點解成日都爆場嘅👍🏻

一上枱嚇一跳!分量大得驚人!大大件嘅法包烘得香脆,餡料亦好足,肝醬鹹香惹味,札肉係厚切嘅口感紮實,加埋新鮮嘅生菜同番茄,原來成件事係可以咁夾嘅👍🏻
