銅鑼灣,灣仔,尖沙咀同觀塘都有分店。今次去左灣仔分店,係30樓,望到海景,鋪內空間足夠,坐位舒適。食物好味,價錢合理,已encore🤣 當日揀左午市商務套餐(2位用 $1680),坐係bar枱可以睇住師傅整,好好的體驗😍仲見到啲食材好新鮮。。前菜:鴨胸沙律配芝麻醬。刺身三款轉左蟹肉他他,底層係牛油果。帶子,幾大隻燒到金黃色,唔會太熟啱啱好,好有鮮味好甜,配埋三文魚子,更有口感。。鮑魚,好新鮮仲見到佢郁,唔會韌,好易咬好彈牙,配埋合汁好惹味。。龍蝦,本身已經好鮮甜好多肉,面頭有蝦膏整嘅醬,好好味。龍蝦湯,個龍蝦頭拎左去煲麵鼓湯,提升鮮味,好甜好好飲。。澳洲和牛。薄燒,牛肉有肉汁好滑,入面包住蔥花同蒜片,口感豐富,又惹味又香口。厚燒,牛肉嘅脂肪令到牛肉唔會太乾,好食。和牛炒飯,超有鑊氣!和牛粒加埋蛋同蔥花,炒到粒粒分明,就算好飽都覺得好好食。跟餐有個甜品。另外如果師傅有時間會整焦糖多士,雖然只是多士上灑左糖,再燒焦,但都好好味。推介!海鮮全部都好鮮甜,成個套餐嘅野食都好好味,價錢好抵。餐廳仲有好多其他套餐,有份量少啲或者配左唔用食料,例如蝦,銀鱈魚,豚肉,可以根據喜好揀返。最近好似有優惠。
