喺粉嶺新開咗馬六,主打星馬菜,喺平日一至五同星期六日都有下午茶餐,好抵食招牌蝦麵($62)雖然話係下午茶,但係份量都幾夠大👍🏻湯底亦都好濃郁,有濃厚嘅咸蝦頭味👍🏻👍🏻配料好豐富,除咗有大蝦,仲有豬頸肉五香卷同埋櫻花蝦,豆卜同豆角,性價比好高麵類可以揀摻摻,油麵,米粉,米線,而今次揀咗摻摻,掛湯能力高👍🏻👍🏻巴新肉骨茶湯米粉($52)巴新肉骨茶有別於白胡椒肉骨茶,口感溫和有重重嘅藥材味。湯底濃厚,令到人哋一啖接一啖咁停唔到口咁飲再加上一字排骨燉煮夠耐,口感軟口,並唔柴皮配料仲有豆卜,腐皮,吸湯能力十足跟餐只要加$3,就可以配凍桔仔話梅水同凍桔仔紅茶,好抵飲兩杯表現都好正常,解渴清爽最後仲要加咗$22叫咗最邪惡嘅鹹蛋黃魚皮,魚皮炸到香脆可口,撈埋好夾既鹹蛋黃喺上面,邪惡到爆燈🙈🙈
