疫情關係搞到我都早左食飯,係灣仔行到五點幾就搵下有咩食啦,見到依間一品星廚價錢幾抵就入左去。員工都好親切,一入去個個都笑哂口,依個唔係間間餐廳都做到。咁睇左menu見佢有廚師推介,就決定叫個芙蓉蛋飯。好多地方既芙蓉蛋都好hea,煎又唔夠耐,會好淋,又無乜料,所以去到啲未去過既餐廳有得揀我都會試佢地既芙蓉蛋飯。咁個芙蓉蛋飯黎到一睇就知唔求奇,煎得好香,但唔係好油反哂光。一切開,入面唔會係好多鼓油,少少地,幾surprise。咁放入口,好香,好夠熱,蛋味好濃,煎得岩岩好唔會黑哂但又夠脆,重點係一啲都唔油,又唔會太乾身。料方面都好多,有蝦仁,叉燒,火腿,洋蔥,蔥,係每啖都有料,唔會只係得蛋,足料到我都覺得好抵食,一啲都唔hea。如果疫情過左可以晚市我都會想黎再食,睇佢menu都好多野食,老闆話到時會重推抹茶豆腐花!我好想試呀!
