又到開心星期五,今次放工就同朋友去左佐敦庇利金街覓食,經過見到呢間「正品小館」座無虛席,就入左去試試啦!餐牌上嘅小菜價格相宜,選擇豐富杏汁花膠湯原盅杏汁花膠湯呈奶白色,熱騰騰,湯嘅質地都幾濃稠,杏汁味好香濃,仲隱約品嚐到細碎的杏仁。花膠都有十幾小塊,口感富彈性,骨膠原感覺豐富,非常足料夠味!大推薦呢!香煎蠔仔蛋蠔仔蛋都幾大塊,金黃色的賣相好吸引!雞蛋混合左滿滿的配料如:花生、蠔仔、菜莆、蔥花等等,每啖都食到有配料,味道同口感都好豐富豉椒炒聖子新鮮聖子用豆豉、紅椒、青椒、洋蔥等等爆香,好惹味,口感爽嫩。呢個用黎送酒或者白飯就啱晒蒜蓉開邊蒸蝦新鮮海蝦切半開邊後加入粉絲及大量蒜蓉蒸香,好香口,蝦肉吸收左蒜香,亦品嚐到蝦肉嘅鮮味。粉絲則吸收左蒜蓉蝦的香氣,簡單又美味,正啊!
