之前已經有朋友介紹過呢間壽司店唔錯,今日就係午飯時間過黎,中午時間除咗有廚師發辦之外仲有好多唔同既定食,但既然黎到當然要試下omakase雲KUMO $480開始是刺身四點擺盤精緻,包括有象拔蚌、九疊魚、伊佐木同拖羅,幾款都好新鮮!白蝦|白蝦的味道濃郁鮮甜非常赤貝|貝類是我最喜愛的刺身之一,赤貝肉身厚實食落爽口彈牙吞拿魚腦天|油脂豐富,輕輕火炙表面帶出油香,面頭再加上蔥花更錦上添花剝皮魚;魚肝|剝皮魚加上魚身的魚肝,魚肝味道突出卻沒有怪味蓮子鯛|北海道海膽卷|沒有人能抗拒海膽吧!師傅毫不吝嗇地加上一疊疊的北海道海膽,鮮甜creamy!銀雪魚|都是油脂比較豐富的一客,所以又是用了火炙的方法來呈現吞拿魚腩手卷|用軟綿綿的吞拿魚蓉手卷結束最後一碗熱辣辣的麵豉湯結束美滿的午飯🤍📌太子西洋菜南街254號地下及閣樓
