自從冇得去旅行之後,超鍾意日本嘅我,就只可以靠住食日本餐去懷念去日本🇯🇵嘅日子。所以我對選擇日本餐廳🍣係非常有要求。今次嚟到sushi kei真係令我心曠神怡😌。環境超有日本風之餘,食物質素仲係非常高💯,真係值得再encore。深海池魚嘅脂肪係比較結實,製成左刺身之後,就會比較口感順滑鮮甜,再另外配上酸汁,好味到停唔到口,一啖一片👄。針魚佢嘅肉質係比較好,所以師傅同我哋講可以有好多唔同嘅烹調方法,最可以食到佢最真實嘅味道,當然係要食刺身,配返少少薑豉油,就已經好出到嗰種鮮味🐠。煎帶子最怕就係煎得太乾,佢呢度嘅帶子底面兩邊微微煎香,所以佢中間個肉質係好嫩口😋。喜之次壽司佢稱為海中嘅紅寶石💎,因為佢嘅肉質係有少少帶紅色,好通透嘅魚肉,魚肉嘅質感好細嫩。
