朋友帶了我去這間歷史悠久的南亞餐廳,此餐廳始於1964年,餐廳的餐碟都印有該年份,這裏見證了香港的歷史變遷。我們二人點了一個沙律,二個小食及一個主菜,另外可以轉餐,每位加$30,送埋餐湯,餐包及飲品。羅宋湯味道濃郁,有很香的牛尾味道。配上帶暖的餐包。牙露牙露很特別的名稱,其實就是沙律,有些椰菜、紅蘿蔔、芽菜、蝦球及雞蛋等,再加上椰香喇沙汁,所以帶有甜味,非常清新。泰式炸魚餅魚餅新鮮炸起,上枱時還冒煙,魚餅煙韌有咬口,中間有些香料及豆角粒混合在內,香口又有香料香味。香草烤乳豬乳豬份量十足,足二至三人用,乳豬外皮燒得略嫌未夠脆口,但亦充滿肉汁。喇沙汁藍青口配法包藍青口鮮甜肉嫩,但重點卻是喇沙汁,濃郁的味道,用來點法包簡直一流。食物質素中上,而且價錢合理,歷史小店,買少見少,值得支持。
