今日過開嚟粉嶺探朋友,見到原來粉嶺中心開咗好多餐廳,其中呢間燒肉好似幾吸引。$100鬆啲一個餐,而且個份量都好似唔錯。而入邊嘅環境都幾舒服企理,簡潔得來有好多位花咗心思,好似佢個燈咁我覺得幾靚。同埋每一個爐都有個吸油煙機,個油煙機又會有個罩,唔會彈到一身都係。朋友叫咗個美國牛,分別有腹胸,牛五花同牛板健。佢呢種牛就會用咗薄切嘅方式,所以燒嘅時間唔使太長。其中我覺得最好味嘅係個牛板健,牛味濃,又夠林。而我自己就揀咗個澳洲牛,有牛頸脊,牛肋條同埋封門柳。佢個牛肋條同埋封門柳就比較厚身,真係好下我呢個廚房白癡嘅燒肉功力,一唔小心就會燒耐左。但係我自己就最鍾意食封門柳,因為好林又多汁,牛味又夠。每個餐除咗燒肉之外仲會跟咗一個飯同埋泡菜同埋湯。我覺得佢個泡菜都幾好食,唔會太辣又夠酸,都幾開胃。呢個湯就好清,係昆布蘿蔔湯,清清地幾好解吓膩。
