又係時候撐下枱腳,婆婆睇住大帝,我地去左尖沙咀立食壽司近年立食係香港興起,今次係第二次立食壽司。Omakase 晚餐價錢比想像中平,之前見有好幾間既晚市廚師發辦都過$500至過千以上。壽司10件廚師發辦有金目鯛,深海池魚,魴鮄魚,太刀魚,海膽,帆立貝,三文魚,火灸左口魚群邊,大Toro,赤蝦。每款都新鮮,大Toro肥美無筋,金目鯛配上酸汁啫喱幾特別,帆立貝甜美,赤蝦微彈軟糯。12切刺身廚師發辦有大Toro,赤身,赤伊佐目,帆立貝,金目鯛,油甘魚。每款都有光澤新鮮。再散叫左赤貝壽司,蔥花香吞拿魚腩手卷,赤貝係活赤貝即叫即開,肉厚鮮甜爽口彈牙好好味。蔥花香吞拿魚腩手卷充滿油香加左蔥花香氣都好食。最後廚師發辦有跟埋甜點,有黃豆粉蕨餅好香加少少甜美黑糖,寒天做成豬仔形狀,好可愛亦好味。
