To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這款烤魚上桌時的賣相頗為震撼,窩底有一個小火爐,可以保持烤魚的熱度,火爐大約在用餐中期熄滅。筆者不太能吃辣,所以湯底點了清湯口味。

馬友魚有事先炸過,裡面的肉質也是嫩口的。寛粉質感煙韌,吸滿了魚湯的腐竹口感滑嫩。去到中期,蕃茄變得軟腍,湯底增添了蕃茄微酸的味道。菜單上本身還有鴨血作配菜,店員遺憾地指出這配料未能供應,較為可惜。

豆沙芝麻球即點即炸,上桌時圓鼓鼓的,賣相誘人。外面脆口,芝麻香氣濃郁,中間煙煙韌韌,豆沙餡料不會過甜。

涼粉頗有嚼勁,但可惜的是,飲品的味道略淡。過淡的原因可能是沖調師傅加水加得太多了。
