To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2023年4月24日 星期一已經好耐無同老婆兩個人食自助餐,所以今晚就預約左沙田麗豪酒店既呢間餐廳食,不過去到聽店員講原來用openrice預訂可以有更多折扣,可惜我唔知,凈係去左官方網頁預訂,所以需要俾原價,每人加埋一大約六百幾蚊左右不過唔緊要啦,下次再嚟一定會拎埋折扣先入到去首先當然要睇吓海鮮區,都有幾多款海鮮,包括蟹腳、蝦、花蟹同貝殼類海鮮等等,留意到店員一見食物差唔多清空嘅時候就會立即補給,所以唔怕海鮮比其他人食晒我就試咗蟹腳、蝦同半隻花蟹,三款海鮮都好新鮮,其中蟹腳唔會太鹹,有少少海水味,而且拆出嚟嘅時候蟹肉同殼唔會黐住,可以一疏疏咁食,而蝦就好彈牙,完全無霉,仲幾鮮甜添之後燒物區有焗蠔,分別有白汁蘑菇同煙肉味可以揀,個人覺得煙肉焗蠔比較夾,因為感覺冇咁膩,而且煙肉嘅鹹香同蠔肉幾襯,如果蠔肉大隻啲會更加好至於燒烤區仲有燒羊架同燒菠蘿等等,最特別係竟然有韓式炸雞,原來咁啱餐廳做緊韓國主題,分別有唔同嘅韓國菜式,我試咗其中一舊韓式炸雞,炸漿唔算太厚,裏面既雞肉仍然好幼嫩,仲有肉汁流出嚟添,點埋韓式甜辣醬一齊食,甜甜辣辣咁,味道更加豐富至於另一款韓國菜式就係香辣泡菜芝士年糕,年糕煮

至於另一款韓國菜式就係香辣泡菜芝士年糕,年糕煮得好煙韌,而且入晒味,咬落去有好濃郁嘅泡菜香味,而且越辣越起勁,啱晒鍾意食辣嘅人士

食食下突然間聽到店員搖鐘,原來係芝士焗龍蝦焗起,叫所有客人去拎,行過去見到成盤龍蝦擺晒出嚟,有好香嘅芝士味,熱辣辣

我哋每人要左一份龍蝦,食嘅時候,包住龍蝦肉嘅芝士同時間拉埋出黎,有少少拉絲嘅效果,令到原本龍蝦肉既味道再提升!!最後我忍唔住encore再食多兩份

首先當然要食麵包布甸,焗得岩岩好之餘又重牛奶味,同時間唔會太甜,而是日蛋糕有tiramisu,充滿咖啡既香味,反而酒味唔太出,小朋友都可以輕嘗一下
食埋甜品之後真係好滿足,食到勁飽!!
