好耐無黎荃灣,尋日約左荃灣友黎到佢推薦越式餐廳. 估唔到weekday 夜晚都全場爆滿,睇完dinner set menu 知點解,因為價錢好抵二人餐$198,每人都係一舊水,包左個salad,同串燒或者春卷,同炸雞翼或者豬扒 同米紙卷 同埋兩碗粉麵飯配加飲品其實有影menu, 不過openrice 成日把圖壓縮到勁模,唔知大家睇唔睇到,所以寫比大家FYR. 其他仲有一人set 同4人set,比起散叫抵好多. 所以黎到按番人頭肚量直接睇set menu 都得架啦🤣飲品強力推薦加$20 試佢地椰青,好清甜!而且大大個椰青水份量都唔少. 另外試左佢地既牛油果沙冰,口感好滑唔會好膩,牛油果味唔算好重,甜度都剛好,我覺得都okay,不過都係喜歡椰青多d串燒都唔錯,雞同牛肉串燒中雞肉肉質會比較滑. 蕃茄蟹粉反而無咩特別,蕃茄湯唔夠濃,亦無蟹膏蛋餅,檬粉有點碎. 所幸無咩味精,飲完蕃茄湯亦唔會好口渴,檬粉口感都ok,唔會太腍燒魚真係好好食,個人覺得必試. 魚燒得剛好,魚肉嫩而加上辣椒碎令佢有香辣味道,配上一邊特調甜酸sauce 真係好好食米紙卷其實餡料比較少,有舊中間無餡. 但菜包上米粉點上sau

米紙卷其實餡料比較少,有舊中間無餡. 但菜包上米粉點上sauce 幾fresh. 如果order 個人覺得skip 軟殼蟹.

炸蝦餅,其實更似係煎,都幾彈牙. 而炸春卷炸得香脆,中間餡有多種菜料,因為都有點油膩所以一邊有疊得高高生菜,建議再拌上佢地一邊伴蘿蔔絲沙津,酸酸辣辣好fresh

牛油雞翼係呢度推薦菜色之一,炸得香脆,炸粉雖然都偏厚,炸時間唔會過耐所以唔會乾硬(之前食過某家牛油雞翼就是這樣伏). 而最欣賞係佢切左滿滿蒜片於上,食落加左香蒜風味味道就更豐富而無咁膩. 食完記得飲番啖水先好講野啦

豬排法包,個人蠻喜歡食越式法包,不過呢度法包唔係好夠厚,而牛油味頗重. 豬扒較薄,還可以啦. 個人覺得加點酸辣蘿蔔絲味道會較好,不過可能試其他菜色更好
