To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港的單車徑以大圍至大尾督段較長較適合一天玩樂。喜愛踏單車的我，每次踏了兩個鐘單車來到大尾督時，都非常疲憊。可惜大尾督餐廳選擇不多，今次來到汀角路茶座。看看餐牌，價錢不貴，$38一個午市套餐(連汽水)。點了火腿蛋麵及菜遠班腩河。所有食物都是即叫即整，所以上桌時，仍熱，配菜份量蠻多，班腩有7-8塊，算是抵食。餐廳坐位多，方便疲累的我休息。
