每年做節都係一個難題,食物要有新意,環境又要有創意。食慣左酒樓的菜單,今年我就帶咗屋企人去試一下私房菜。私房菜的特色就係可以為客人度身訂造菜單,唔會食到悶。今次去咗銅鑼灣新開的忠記咖啡屋。環境唔算好華麗,但都幾企理,店員已經一早為我地準備好一個近角落的座位。店內亦開始有唔少節日的裝飾,添左唔少氣氛!五個人,點左五個菜。第一道菜已經吸引到我哋的眼球,經過店員介紹後,就變得更加有趣。八款不同質感同味道的材料放埋一齊,係一種好新鮮的感覺。佢哋仲特意安排左兩款唔同口味的醬汁,我就鍾意溝左Wasabi的芝麻醬,夠晒開胃又刺激。茄汁爆原隻大虎蝦非常有看頭,鐵板送上枱熱辣辣,香氣迫人。虎蝦大大隻好厚肉,質感結實得來亦有蝦的鮮味。呢個咕嚕肉係我食過最好食的咕嚕肉!首先質感很好,無過多的炸粉,而且表面仲有少少脆脆地。味道甜中帶少少酸,好欣賞佢哋加入左少少酸薑,為味道增加左一個層次。呢個睇落似係鴛鴦炒飯,其實係菜底,兩個汁都好好味。壓軸的是菜膽雞,雞肉十分有鮮味,唔會有雪藏的味道。而且質感都幾滑溜,肥瘦適中,媽咪讚不絕口。最後甜品亦甚有驚喜,係薑汁湯圓,正好配合節日同天氣。而裝湯圓的,亦係懷舊的咖啡杯,切

食物質素頗高,我哋一家人都幾滿意,更驚喜的是價錢,每人都唔使$200。臨走仲俾我哋見到佢有盆菜到會,或者呢個係我哋下一次做節的選擇。
