To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我喜歡到譚仔三哥吃米線，愛他食材選擇多，連湯底也有四個選擇，還有不同的辣度可選，夠個人化，而且價錢大眾化，性價比高。這個晚上，我點的是豬膶炸醬米線，湯底選了酸辣。這兒的豬膶一向好吃，切得薄薄的，不會煮得過火。至於炸醬是用小碗另上的，我最愛就是把米線放在匙羹內，加點炸醬在上面，連少許湯一起吃，真是十分美味的。食量少女生不妨叫少米線，可以減$1 ，其實也不是減$1的問題，最重要的是不要浪費食物。順便一提，這店環境不錯，阿姐又有禮貌，這是我喜愛去的其中一家店。
