To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

12月25日氣溫回升了一點，來個慢跑入深井，天朗氣清，景色宜人，沿途看見青馬大橋和藍巴勒海。去了Kcal 吃午餐，餐湯我選了周打蜆湯，個湯非常濃郁又有西芹洋蔥等配菜，加上熱烘烘的自家制麵包，好香的香草味，暖肚好味。黑椒汁紐西蘭一級西冷扒配高纖米，牛煎得剛剛好，外面偏熟，中部是我叫的五成熟少少粉紅色，肉質不錯，油脂很香，黑椒汁在加上英式芥辣特別可口。燒西班牙橡果黒毛豬鞍配馬達翁汁，要了九成熟，豬鞍質地鬆軟稔滑，近骨的地方更香濃。餐後有咖啡蛋糕作甜點。薑檸蜜好重手的薑配上蜜糖及檸檬，好味。
