公司清假,又無得去旅行,最簡單梗係食個omakese 當飛左轉日本家鄉。呢間之前食過銅鑼灣分店既單點,質素唔錯,價錢又超經濟,當然要試一試!__________________________🔹 翔 $380一個set包左十件壽司,一件手卷同一碗味噌湯.壽司既選擇除左港人熱愛既拖羅同海膽仲有啲少見既鰆魚,石垣鯛。時令既金目鯛,間八都會有。.最最欣賞既係火炙吞拿魚面珠👍🏻👍🏻燒既時候已經聞到好香油脂味,好期待佢放落嚟我哋嘅壽司板度。有油香同時口感竟然係帶爽口既。.第二件好值得encore 既係赤貝❤️原粒新鮮起,新鮮有鮮味,同好脆身,完全無任何澀味.順帶一提,鰆魚皮位輕輕燒過附近微微熟左皮下油脂微溶,有少少食鱔既感覺魚味幾香而持久.喺刺身切法方面,師傅都有少少巧思,例如間八會有一半保留魚皮,一半剩魚身,味道會更有層次.海膽都係一大亮點,選用北海道馬糞海膽好多壽司舖嘅海膽,放一陣就會開始溶到好似cream 咁,保鮮做得唔好或者根本就唔新鮮。雲壽司既海膽放耐左都完全無呢個情況,海膽鮮味都出,值得一讚!.手卷都值得一提,係我至愛既葱吞拿魚份量一啲都唔客氣,滿滿鋪滿成條手卷,大滿足!紫菜仲要超級脆

海膽同omakese 同款既北海道馬糞海膽
幾新鮮,味道甜甜地

三文魚子份量夠,味道偏鹹
配飯食就岩岩好

總體來講,質素唔錯
當然如果同千幾蚊嗰啲嚟比較,係會有一段距離
不過$400左右一個set,性價比算幾高
