To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聯和墟有BB椅嘅餐廳唔多，我地今次就黎大蕃薯食午餐。星期六中午都有位，唔洗等。午餐set好似好抵，$60左右都有，仲有餐湯同飲品。為咗囝囝，我叫咗魚柳芝士南瓜三色粉，雖然賣相就唔算吸引，但味道可以的！濃郁南瓜味，少少芝士，唔會好漏。魚柳似係普通雪藏魚柳，但$58set，當然可以接受。而且魚柳都整得嫩滑。爸爸叫牛扒，好似$80set，比較un，唔啱小朋友食，所以我地兩個大人食，其實味道一般，唔太夠牛味😅最後，叫咗蘋果蕃薯芝士蛋糕，有好大舊蕃薯😂 但冇乜蘋果味，芝士味唔算濃郁，但有蕃薯嘅甜，蕃薯控可以試下
