To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見酒店有推廣，立刻book位同家人吃。位置在大堂中空，比JW cafe景觀開揚。中式食物有鮑魚，片皮鴨，燒味，蒸蝦，炒蟹/小龍蝦，點心，煮得唔錯，鮑魚有咬口彈性。冰鎮蝦和長腳蟹好大件。魚生質素高，同JW cafe一樣。燒牛肉有牛味。甜品選擇不少，但蛋糕由切餅轉了小方塊，自家雪糕都有3款幾好味，另加HD牌子。中式甜品有豆腐花和難得有芝麻糊。整體性價比高，員工服務好好。
