To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近年愈來愈多主打一人份量既燒肉店～冇朋友同社恐都唔洗驚🥹餐廳系手機自助落單，用電子支付比左錢先，完全唔需要同人溝通🙈🥩Like套餐 150g ($102)套餐包三款肉（牛舌、牛五花、橫膈膜肉）、餐湯、白飯、沙律/泡菜。-牛五花油脂感滿滿，牛味重、口感好淋～-牛橫膈膜咬落相對比較靭，但入面油脂既分佈比較平均，都唔會好難咬，牛味好濃。-牛舌有四大块 口感就比較普通 勝在雖然好薄但牛味都好突出～餐湯好重麻油味～白飯方面200g白飯份量一啖肉一啖飯，對女仔黎講啱啱好～食到燒肉滿足感亦都唔會太飽。大食/細食都唔驚！因為白飯份量有100/200/300g簡🤩。仲有好多醬料選擇。以呢個價錢同份量黎講絕對系性價比極高既餐廳👍🏻最平既牛五花套餐都只系$48🥹系口痕果陣想食燒肉既好選擇～然後值得一讚系店舖完全冇油煙！用力索都索唔到咁濟🤣讚！
