To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 杏花邨非常有名,起碼每年都有一半時間會在電視見到。大哥大嫂過來探我,一行五人,當然唔少得啤啤🍻。出來搵食,當然要搵「性比價高」的餐廳,今次就選擇了位於杏花邨商場「稻香」。餐廳員工熱情介紹了些菜式,其中有款甜品「蘆薈燉鮮奶」吸引我,順意預留了5位👍。當晚菜式:1)例 脆皮燒鵝 :花口皮脆、香料夾帶鵝香味道撲鼻而來2)新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉:有別於外間酒樓,這里廚師用上鮮甜菠蘿,應是用心挑選過,咕嚕肉脆口夠熱,配合酸酸甜甜汁,全部人讚不絕口,推薦。3)宮保蝦球:有8隻大蝦🍤,微辣,對於我們就剛剛好,4)清蒸海星斑:職員叫我去漁池挑選的,去到見漁池好多海鮮,為免自己控制唔到叫太多,快快趣挑了條約1斤星斑$380,上檯時剛剛好,魚肉質鮮嫩雪白5)花膠海鮮雜菜煲:大大煲,湯底唔係上湯,用上濃雞湯,連湯都可以飲埋。最後食埋早早預留甜品,完美
