To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期日去開德福shopping, 中午去了美心food2食lunch. 平時行過見好多人排隊食o野, 果日居然好容易就搵到個位坐, 而且店內客人唔多. 睇完一輛餐牌, 點左排骨菜飯餐, 燒肉飯, 同埋椰汁芋頭雞飯. 排骨菜飯餐($36)有好多其他小食, 例好炸春卷, 麻婆豆腐, 又有酸辣湯同豆漿, 不過可惜全部都唔多掂, 炸春卷不脆又沒有料, 只有很少量菜絲和蘿蔔絲; 酸辣湯只酸不辣; 排骨不是排骨, 而是豬扒, 味道只是一般; 菜飯的份量少得可憐, 如果沒有其他小食+湯+飲品, 根本不夠食!!燒肉飯($28)和椰汁芋頭雞飯($30)也是很一般的水準, 不過份量比排骨菜飯多.雖然對快餐店的食物水準沒甚麼期望, 但它的價錢, 比起平日的美心還要貴, 而且絕大多數都沒有餐飲送, 但質素卻不成比例, 倒不如去普通的快餐店吃一樣的食物, 價錢還便宜一點!
