To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店是在商場內的一間長長的餐廳。鮮菠菜火腿流心蛋，芝麻包配alfalfa 特色沙律，流心蛋太熟，已有一半以上的蛋黃凝固了，流心效果一般。迷你版芝麻包，上加兩片火腿，再夾埋流心蛋吃，口感都相當豐富。沙律菜爽脆，這個下午茶清新可口。日式照燒丹麥义燒配流心蛋紅米飯，义燒似是豬柳肉，賣相和肉味都麻麻。配餐羅宋湯、餐包，一般的。有機檸檬綠茶，不是有檸檬片的綠茶，而是一個茶包，老實講真係一啲檸檬味都無。綠茶一杯而已。檸檬蜜糖，淡淡的。
