弟弟平日也是吃Pierre,Amber,Caprice,Joel Robuchon等名店,要為他一找間質素高但又未曾光顧過的去慶祝生日,真是大傷頭腦。最後拍板安南,起碼裝修華美,坐得舒服,也是我們較少吃的菜系。意外地這兒的Smoothies水準超高,這杯蛋黃色的菠蘿Smoothies散發郁芳的果香,吃到果肉,直迫Bangkok Anotherhound 的水準,椰青也甚清甜,這與椰青新鮮度關係至大。兩款前菜先上枱: 越南牛車塊是越式沙律,特色是甘筍絲及炸乾葱片極多,亦有雞絲及菠蘿肉,加上白醋及魚露調味,與泰式沙律味道截然不同。炭烤豬肉拼盤,有燒肉片及肉餅,用生菜加香草包着肉及檬粉,再沾點魚露,就是傳統及較健康的食法,個人更喜愛小肉餅,外皮焦脆,內心就充滿肉汁及香料,比燒肉片的味道和口感更豐富及多層次。跟著來個熱盤椰青大蜆,湯汁清甜,蜆肉大顆,爽脆鮮嫩,沒有沙,適合一家大細。蜜糖燒雞是這兒最精彩的菜式,皮脆肉嫩,蜜香四射,我喜自行灑點青檸汁,再拌以又脆又煙韌的炸糯米餅同吃,旋即掃清!略為一般的就是蟹肉炒粉絲,材料是豐盛的,有蛋絲,扎肉,銀芽,香葱,芝麻及蟹肉,但做得較濕漉油膩!
