To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 恒生信用卡做緊六折。每一間分店的款式都唔同。來得北京樓梗係要食北京填鴨啦。而旺角呢間好抵,其中一道菜是北京填鴨一隻。素方得四件。蝦同帶子各四件。蝦球好爽。燕液海皇羹本身滿一碗的,因為我哋六個人食,所以share,每人都有大半碗無偷工減料,燕窩大大嚿。重頭戲當然係北京填鴨。呢度呀一隻嘅份量。鴨依然保持應有水準,鴨皮脆,鴨肉香。皮薄餡靚,果然係我自愛。見到負責片片皮鴨的職員,密密片,冇停過手,都切得咁用心。值得一讚。無骨,食落幾方便。味道正常,冇特別好多人都唔鍾意食呢款豆苗(豌豆苗),覺得有草青味。呢碟又冇乜草青味,同豆苗不老,無渣。配埋湯底係最夾。小籠包皮薄多汁。呢碟係我哋另外叫的糖醋肉排。黃色伴碟的,係可以食嘅,貪得意試咗,不過冇味拌麵最後先上,冇影相。合桃露,第一啖好重合桃味,但係太甜,甜味搶過合桃味。冇咗合桃露嘅精髓
