年多前黎過,感覺唔錯,食物水準不俗,最重要係人唔太多,環境氣氛好舒服,慢慢食、慢慢歎!所以今次反黎再幫襯…Sourdough,呢個餐前包,好食,Sourdough 好多港人唔鐘意,但係我就好接受,兼且佢只係好微酸,又焗得皮脆肉嫩,唔停得口。 Wild Mushroom Soup﹕幾特別,出面都張D菇打都一粒粒有口感,但係佢呢度係打puree…..茸晒,另有一番風味,Creamy又有菇香,欣賞! Salt Rubbed Crunchy Pigs Skin with Smoked Paprika Mayonnaise﹕無諗過個Presentation 會係咁,以為係好似西班牙燒豬仔咁起過皮比你,我真係太天真啦!其實佢呢個做法好港式燒肉,用好多鹽醃個皮等佢爆皮,味道就同大家食燒肉皮一樣,不過略為硬實少少,其實有D牙都比佢震碎FEEL,但係咸咸香香,欲罷不能。 Mixed Vegetable Paella,西班牙飯一般都係配海鮮好食,再唔係就食肉,今次黎過素既…當然唔及海鮮同肉類咁惹味啦,清清地不過佢個汁底都唔差,食得晒!Pulled confit duck leg with chori
