To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大時大節與家人生日,吃甚麼慶祝向來是最困難的決定。這次家姐生日加上母親節,還是由我付費,一餐過慶祝晒就最好不過。既然一家三位其中兩個在中上環上班,在這附近找吃自然是最方便的吧。平時吃放題不外乎吃90分鐘或2小時,每次也像吃得趕頭趕命,辛苦的要命。難得看到浦和供應的不限時放題,任坐任吃,自然吸引了我們的目光。由6pm-11pm的不限時放題,除了基本的精選放題外,還有升級、極上及超級放題三種吃得更多、喝得更多的貴價放題,而我們選的則是升級放題($338/位)。有別一般放題有十多張分門別類的點菜紙任剔,浦和用的方法則較為簡單,客人在同一款點菜紙上自行填寫食品的編號及數量,感覺較為環保。先來些罐裝飲品,還有那柚子蜜少得可憐的熱柚子蜜。不久店員便送上第一道食品了。每枱升級放題均附送升級刺身拼盤一客,但細看來其實大部份刺身都可在能點選的項目中找到。當中以帶子及甜蝦最為鮮甜,鮑片及劍魚腩的清爽也算討好。雖然有放題較少見的三文魚腩,可惜不夠肥美。至於海膽,質素只屬一般。其他刺身則點了翡翠螺、油甘魚、白玉豚及希靈魚,當中以白玉豚的爽甜最令人動容,厚肉大粒的翡翠螺也嚼勁十足!放題不吃飯是我家的奇慣習慣,但

放題不吃飯是我家的奇慣習慣,但每次我總也會點兩三款沒供應刺身壽司款來吃吃。帶子壽司入口鮮甜,左口魚邊也滿是柚子的清香,鰻魚壽司則來得有點硬。
