To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無得去旅行，唯有扮下出國，去機場隔離嘅萬豪食自助餐。。望住機場好有去旅行feel喎😂過嚟食嘢仲可以楂車，包左3個鐘泊車咖。自助餐由6點到10點，環境望到機場都好靚，地方又大，海鮮種類好多！凍海鮮有龍蝦，生蠔🦪，凍蝦，螺，長腳蟹。龍蝦每隻都有蝦膏咖！生蠔就唔係好肥美，不過就任食，唔係即開，但refil好快。長腳蟹偏咸，係好咸，無乜鮮味，凍蝦都係一般。。不過質素都正常，好食😋仲有刺身，必食牡丹蝦！好大隻，又鮮甜。仲有三文魚，八爪魚，吞拿魚。。應該岩哂大家口味沙律材料都用蓋遮好，感覺衛生熱盤都有好多款，不過就無魚，有海膽菜，蟹夾，炒飯，咖哩，雞。。。。。羊架，牛都幾好食！仲有鵝肝，讚👍🏻甜品雪糕有H字牌，好多口味，蜜瓜，士多啤梨，朱古力，曲奇，呍呢盒，一杯杯拎甜品選擇好少，而且味道一般，不過仲有桃膠，豆腐花。生果，有菠蘿🍍西瓜🍉火龍果，蜜瓜。。。飲品有咖啡機，仲有橙汁，菠蘿汁，啤酒都有！整體來講，侍應收碟速度快，有禮貌，環境舒適。自助餐偏離市區，人流唔多，不停refil食物！可以悠閑咁食，傾吓計，讚！
