To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 平時好少行到銅鑼灣內街位置，今次朋友帶路到依間響轉彎角的cafe，連bar位都只有3張枱，好彩等咗一陣就入得。叫咗個全日早餐，搭配上可以選擇多士或者牛角包，醬方面可以選擇果醬或者自家制花生牛油，等咗大概10分鐘就上菜。Aussie breakfast 牛角包好香，一上枱就勁香牛油香氣😍外皮鬆脆，入口酥香十足。另外朋友選擇的多士也十分香脆，不過個人還是比較喜歡牛角包。炒蛋很軟滑，蘑菇味道較淡，不會搶去香氣👍🏻整體各方面夾得剛好。賣相 4/5口感 4/5味道 4/5番食率 4/5
