To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左朋友整手作，同佢黎到呢度食少少野同飲杯野。之前經過過呢度，見個環境都好舒服，都有諗過黎試下，不過太多人無位所以未試。今次4點左右無乜人，岩晒。朋友嗌左雞沙律，佢話幾好味。另外嗌左杯Ice Herb Tea，佢話似凍左既廿四味喎。我就叫左杯Hot Chocolate，一般啦。最值得一讚係服務好好，因為雖然我地只係嗌左好少野，但就將張餐枱變成工作枱，仲由4點整到6點，waitress都無炸型，抵讚。係餐廳內完成的作品
