JW AFTERNOON TEA 下午茶第一層鮑魚撻: 鮑魚彈牙爽口,撻皮鬆化芒果龍蝦沙律配魚子醬:龍蝦肉彈牙,芒果香甜,不過魚子醬味道唔太食得出虎蝦春卷配甜酸汁:虎蝦肉質爽口,但係春卷皮唔脆,有點放太久既感覺第二層鵝肝醬配蜜瓜及無花果醬提子多士:鵝肝醬膩但配上清甜水果口感清新西班牙黑毛豬火腿配鮮無花果芝士麥法包:咸香火腿加上法包和芝士,普通無特別日本桃太郎番茄配話梅汁:甜酸甜酸既感覺,但味道太濃郁,有種會食膩既感覺多過fresh第三層黑加崙子松露朱古力:加入松露既朱古力感覺奇怪,覺得唔太夾士多啤梨慕絲:顏色睇落好膠,食落有驚喜。入口即溶,甜而不膩菠蘿芒果撻:過甜,但味道不錯柚子朱古力杏仁蛋糕:普普通通,正常蛋糕味紅桑子黑朱古力慕絲:呢款慕絲一黎到鏡面果膠已經呈現半融化狀態,不過紅桑子的甜配上黑朱古力的微苦好夾榛子慕絲:味道似金沙,榛子味道濃郁英式鬆餅(原味和提子味):奶香味濃,但黎到既時候只係微溫,好彩質感還鬆軟濕潤。
