To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天放假想吃一頓休閒午餐，本來想book帝京軒，但無位，便book鄰近新開的獅房菜。進入時已有位熱誠的職員帶位及接待，及發現有位好面善的女煮厨正在烹調食物，便是煮戰中的詠儀，今天有幸品嘗。點了煮厨發板的八度菜，其中有參赛的醬油鮑魚人蔘玉子，果然好味，鮑魚爽口，另有非一般的糯米雞，是用好味的曲奇餅包實的乞衣雞，非常特別，最後的甜點是桂圓椰子啫喱，清甜好味道。因為係主廚發板，每道菜的名字我記不太清楚，職員的解說非常詳盡，只是我冇記性。最後一定會再來。
